Silence

silence is a big tool for success. After rising from the bed so some meditation, it will make your day positive, calm and happy. just close your eyes and sit for 5 minutes.

Affirmation

say "I am a future billionaire" or "I am smart" it will make you more positive and confident outlook over your life.

Visualization

visualization is a powerful technique in the law of attraction. clear visualization will help you to have a clear mind. visualize your whole day and you are successful in your actions.

Exercise

A healthy body will have a healthy mind. Do some stretches and warm up to relax your muscles.

Reading

Reading will improve our mental health it is also some kind of exercise. Read non-fiction and self-help books. it will give some inspirations to set our goals and to have a happy mindset.

Scribing

Plan your day. It will help you to manage your time. You may also start journaling which will be very useful.

Practice Gratitude:

      Gratitude is a great thing when you are grateful for something you will be always happy and you will have a strong spiritual nature with you.
